In May of 2000, Tommy Roden and his sons started machining parts on an old Bridgeport mill and a used second-operation lathe in a small building in south Fort Worth, Texas. The company they started has since grown to 65 employees with 17 CNC lathes, 16 CNC machining centers, 5 EDMs and more. The founder of Roden's All-Star Machine & Manufacturing Incorporated, Tommy Roden, has been machining parts since 1965 when he hired on at General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) where he made parts for the B-58 and F-111 aircraft on an old Warner & Swasey turret lathe. Tommy and his three sons have more than 140 years combined machine shop experience.

Roden's All-Star manufactures parts for many industries including banking, food production, resource extraction, aircraft, automotive and telecommunications. Using beryllium-copper, Monel, Inconel, titanium, Hiduron, Toughmet, tungsten, tool-steels and many other metals as well as Peek and other engineering grade plastics, our company specializes in high quality custom machining. Some of All-Star's capabilities include custom design of prototypes, tooling and mold making, and we excel at large production runs. We also comply with FDA requirements and maintain full ISO/AS compliance in a clean and safe work environment. In addition to doing business in all of the U.S.A., the company is experienced in trade with Canada, Germany, Japan and Great Britain.

"In 17 years we have grown from a small 2,400 sq.ft. building to over 40,000 square feet with some of the finest employees and equipment available. Quality, honesty, and hard work still mean something in The United States of America." -- Tommy Roden
